LAYER 01 — MISSION

The Sovereign AI Stack’s Mission Layer is where our customers interface with the technology we build at Adarga.

Sitting above Catalyst’s data fusion layer, it is where we build and deploy agents, tools and APIs that drive Decision Advantage for our customers. These include on-the-shelf products, bespoke builds and experimental capabilities. Although not exclusive, we focus deployment around four core Mission Threads - Adarga’s domain specific areas of expertise derived from years of customer engagement and informed by the wealth of employee experience. These are:  

LAYER 02 — CATALYST

Catalyst is the core engine within the Sovereign AI Stack, delivering three outputs designed to drive Decision Advantage for our customers.

  • Catalyst is configured to ingest any modality of data, creating a dynamic representation that aligns with the context of any given situation. With the ability to host any ML model, Catalyst delivers an operational semantic layer that transforms the latent potential of customer data into a vital asset that can be exploited through the Mission Layer. 

  • Catalyst is the platform upon which Mission capability gets built, by us and by the customer. New missions are scaffolded from templates and provisioned as infrastructure as code, standing up in hours rather than weeks, across hyperscaler or sovereign substrates. Alongside that sits the Shelf, a growing library of reusable, pre-validated components that shifts delivery from low-level engineering to high-level solution design.

  • Catalyst acts as a harness to build, secure, host and run agents, providing our customers with an agentic framework assured at the platform level. Every agent built on Catalyst inherits platform level identity and permissions, tool mediation and retrieval control and logging and approval gates.  

LAYER 03 — KEYSTONE

Keystone is the Sovereign AI Stack’s enablement layer, providing the flexibility to deploy at the scale and into the environments our customer's demand.

Keystone offers customers deployment solutions across hyperscale partners, on-premises hardware and edge solutions.

The Sovereign AI Stack is agnostic across hyperscale providers, with proven deployments across AWS, GCP, OCI and Azure. For on-premises and edge deployments, Keystone delivers the dedicated CPU/GPU compute infrastructure and operating model needed to run demanding AI workloads reliably in high stakes environments and under real world operational constraints.
