The UK MoD sought AI‑driven analytical capabilities to strengthen decision‑making across defence support operations, from wargaming to supply chain resilience and strategic risk management.
Critical qualitative insights from high-stakes planning sessions were going uncaptured and unanalysed, creating cognitive gaps in decision-making.
Lessons from previous crisis management were siloed and inaccessible at the point of need, slowing response to new threats.
All capabilities required deployment at classified levels up to SECRET on MOD-hosted infrastructure with no public internet access.

• Deployed Adarga’s AI platform (AKP) and Vantage on MOD-hosted classified infrastructure under the EA Lite Enterprise Agreement.
• Real-time AI-powered capture and analysis of classified wargame discussions, enabling cross-syndicate insight, gap identification, and and natural language querying of results.
• LLM-powered supply chain intelligence tool combining structured knowledge graphs with lessons-learned data using Graph Retrieval Augmented Generation (Graph RAG) to enable faster crisis response.
• Intelligent assistant for strategic risk management, navigating complex stakeholder and risk networks to surface threats and recommend mitigations.
• All LLMs deployed on accredited hardware within air-gapped environments — Secure by Design, sovereign, no vendor lock-in.
